Located in the heart of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, Africa on Foot offers your clients the opportunity to experience a professional Big Five walking safari in the Greater Kruger. The atmosphere at camp is relaxed. The focus is on authenticity and the “bush” as opposed to luxury. Your clients will be made to feel like they are part of the Africa on Foot family. There are only five chalets, which means a personalised, intimate service. There are two chalets available for families with adjoining rooms and space for four people. The other three chalets have space for two people.
For the more adventurous clients, there is a luxury treehouse just outside camp, which can be booked before arrival. Africa on Foot thrives on offering special occasion set-ups, one of which is the Bush Bar. For clients wanting to add a slice of romance to their stay, the team will arrange a special sundowner set-up. Two swimming pools adorn the property – one is located inside the camp, which is ideal for families. The other swimming pool is adjacent to the treehouse, a few steps outside of the entrance to camp. The bar, boma and dining area provide a relaxed area for clients to swap stories about their adventurous day in the Klaserie. The bar offers a selection of soft drinks, premium wines and spirits.
Guided walking safaris in Big Five territory allow your clients to explore the flora and smaller fauna up close. Evening and morning game drives are conducted by qualified and highly experienced field guides, ensuring exciting wildlife encounters. (Morning drives take place only if a morning walk is not permitted due to unfavourable weather.
