Signature Holes
Hole 9 – Par 5: Known as “The Beast,” this hole is a true test of power and precision. With a long, undulating fairway bordered by trees and water hazards, it demands accurate drives and strategic lay-ups. The green is well-protected by bunkers, making the approach shot critical.
Hole 18 – Par 4: The finishing hole is both beautiful and challenging. A dogleg right, it features a narrow fairway and a water hazard that comes into play on the second shot. The elevated green is surrounded by bunkers, providing a dramatic conclusion to the round.
Stellenbosch Golf Club stands out for its blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The course is set against the stunning backdrop of the Helderberg and Simonsberg mountains, offering players panoramic views and a serene environment. Its rich history and consistent maintenance make it one of the most well-regarded courses in the region.
